Grass-fed, grass-finished and dry-aged. Sourced from a local farm in Elma, WA.
Approximately 25 lbs. of premium beef. Save at least 10% over individual cuts. You will get a minimum of:-
2 Rib steaks. Bone-in, 1" thick, 1 per package.

4 New York steaks. Boneless, 1" thick, 1 per package.

4 Top sirloin steaks. Boneless, 1" thick, 1 per package.

6 Packages of ground beef. Approx. 1 lb. each.

2 Packages of short ribs.

1 Sirloin tip roast. Boneless and netted.
- 1 Bavette (flank) steak.
- 1 Brisket.
