You will get at least:

• 12 Pork chops, 6 rib loin and 6 center loin. Bone-in, 1" thick, 1 per package

• 2 Shoulder steaks. Bone-in, 1" thick, 1 per package

• 15 Unseasoned ground pork packages, approx. 1 lb. each

• 2-3 pieces of skin-on fresh belly

• 3-4 bone-in shoulder roasts

• 1 boneless leg roast 

• 2 hocks, 1 set of trotters, 2 bags of bones, leaf and/or back fat, 6 lbs. of skin
