Our Farm
Our mission:
To contribute to and promote a vibrant regional food economy using regenerative farming and responsible land stewardship practices to raise healthy food on pasture and in the forest.
Our commitment to you:

Pasture-Raised Poultry
We raise a variety of chickens, ducks and turkeys on our pasture and we really do believe you will be able to taste the difference! Our birds start out in a brooder house where they are provided with optimal temperature and moisture conditions. Once they are fully feathered, they are transported to mobile pasture shelters where they are protected from predators and provided shade and protection from the elements. For the next several weeks, they are given access to sun, fresh air, new grass, seeds and insects. Their diets are supplemented with Washington grown, non-GMO grains that are corn free and soy free and they are never given growth hormones or antibiotics. Their time on the pasture serves to fertilize the land, promoting vigorous grass growth and optimum soil health.
Our WSDA-inspected poultry processing facility allows us to process our poultry on site, minimizing the stress and discomfort of the animals and maximizing the quality and freshness of our products.
Forest-Raised Pork
We believe that pigs raised in the forest make for the best, most delicious pork you'll ever have! In the forest, our pigs can roam, forage, dig and nap whenever they would like. Our practice of rotational grazing is beneficial for the forest by helping to control invasive plants and to aerate the soil. Their forage diet is supplemented with Washington grown, non-GMO grains that are corn and soy free and they are never given growth hormones or antibiotics. When weather necessitates, they are provided shelter and deep bedding. Many of our pigs are a cross between Hereford Hogs and Gloucestershire Old Spots.
Our pigs are USDA processed at Revel Meats in Canby, Oregon. Revel Meats is a small, locally owned butcher that is Animal Welfare Approved and believes in the humane handling of livestock.
