1 bone-in, rib loin pork chop per package. 1" thick. Choose between regular rib chops or end cut.
Regular Rib Chops: leaner and slightly smaller at around .6-.8 lb each.
End Cut Rib chops: cut closer to the shoulder with more dark meat and marbling. More flavor and more chop at around .8-1 lb each.
Grays Harbor grown, heritage breed pork from our farrow-to-finish farm. Small grain fed for a delicious flavor and improved nutritional profile. USDA processed. Vacuum sealed and frozen.
