Boneless Half Leg Ham cured and applewood smoked, un-sliced. Heat to 145° before serving. Cured with water, brown sugar, salt and sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrite.
Grays Harbor grown, heritage breed pork from our farrow-to-finish farm. Small grain fed for a delicious flavor and improved nutritional profile. USDA processed. Vacuum sealed and frozen.
