Sirloin Tip Boneless Leg Roast
Boneless pork leg roast from the whole sirloin tip muscle. Delicious lean meat with a juicy fat cap. Excellent for roasting hot and fast until internal temp reaches 145 degrees F. Let rest at least 3 minutes, then slice. Please note these are no longer netted (as pictured).
Grays Harbor grown, heritage breed pork from our farrow-to-finish farm. Small grain fed for a delicious flavor and improved nutritional profile. USDA processed. Vacuum sealed and frozen.
