Quarter Hog boxes contain approximately 30 lbs of pork, a mix of fresh and smoked favorites. This is a great sample package! Cured and smoked products contain sugar and sodium nitrites. Cuts include:
1 package tenderloin butts
6 chops (rib and center loin)
1 shoulder butt roast, 1 boneless picnic shoulder roast
1 package country style ribs
4 lbs bacon, 1 sweetheart ham, 1 smoked hock
4 lbs mixed ground-1 each ground of plain, breakfast, chorizo, and mild Italian (OR your choice-leave a note at checkout with your picks from the varieties listed)
4 packages mixed sausage links (3 links/pkg)-1 each french garlic, hot Italian, bratwurst, and smoked kielbasa (OR your choice-leave a note at checkout with your picks from the varieties listed)
Grays Harbor grown, heritage breed pork from our farrow-to-finish farm. Small grain fed for a delicious flavor and improved nutritional profile. USDA processed. Vacuum sealed and frozen.
