- 2 shoulder butt roasts, bone-in, 3.5-4 lbs ea
- 2 racks spare ribs
- 2 packages country-style ribs, 2-3 lbs ea
Grays Harbor grown, heritage breed pork from our farrow-to-finish farm. Small grain fed for a delicious flavor and improved nutritional profile. USDA processed. Vacuum sealed and frozen.
