This premium pork box is a half pig without the extra bits like bones, fat, skin, etc.
45-50 lbs. of premium cuts
You will get at least:

12 Pork chops, 6 rib loin and 6 center loin. Bone-in, 1" thick, 1 per package

2 Shoulder steaks. Bone-in, 1" thick, 1 per package

1 full rack of spare ribs

15 Unseasoned ground pork packages, approx. 1 lb. each

2-3 pieces of skin-on fresh belly

3-4 bone-in shoulder roasts

1 boneless roast
