Half of a large cured and applewood smoked, boneless ham. Un-sliced. Heat to 165° before serving. Cured with water, brown sugar, salt and sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrite.
Heritage breed pork from our farrow-to-finish pig farm in Grays Harbor Washington. USDA processed. Frozen to ensure freshness.
