Pasture-raised lamb from our friends at Kirsop Farm in Rochester, WA.
Kirsop Farm has a heritage sheep herd with Icelandic, Southdown, and Jacob sheep which are rotationally grazed through their beautiful green pastures. The sheep are provided a small amount of grain daily mixed with a mineral supplement to keep the herd healthy.
